**APSDA2026**

APSDA2026で｢日本のシャントの現況｣と｢シャントの手術のビデオセッション｣という内容で学会発表を行ってまいりました．アジア各国からの先生方とシャント手術、管理、各国の現況など大変有意義な意見交換を行うことができました．今後も国際交流を進めてまいります．

APSDA 2026

I had the opportunity to give presentations at APSDA 2026 on the　AV access management in Japan and in a video session focusing on vascular access surgery.

　It was a very valuable opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences with physicians from across Asia regarding vascular access surgery, access management, and the current situation in each country.

　I truly appreciated the meaningful discussions and interactions with colleagues from many different countries.

I look forward to continuing to promote and strengthen international collaboration in the field of vascular access.
