**APSDA2026**

APSDA2026でハンズオン講師を務めてまいりました．アジア各国の医師にエコーでの血管評価、エコー下血管穿刺、エコーガイド下シャントPTAについてエコーとシミュレータを用いて実務的な講義をおこいました．お役に立てていれば幸いです．

It was a great pleasure and honor to serve as a hands-on instructor at APSDA 2026.

　I had the opportunity to work with physicians from across Asia and provide practical training in vascular assessment using ultrasound, ultrasound-guided vascular puncture, and ultrasound-guided PTA for hemodialysis vascular access, using both ultrasound equipment and simulators.

　It was also a wonderful opportunity to exchange knowledge and experience with colleagues from different countries.

I sincerely hope that what we shared during the hands-on sessions will be useful in their daily clinical practice.
